How do I place an order in the online shop?

You have found the right style for you? Very good! Now choose the desired color and put it into the shopping cart.

Now: Discover even more cool styles by clicking “Continue shopping” or go directly to complete your order.

You want to change the color and quantity of your styles or you want to delete the style from your shopping cart? No problem. If you are satisfied with your order and don’t want to add more styles, go directly to “Checkout”.

You are not a member yet? Here you have the opportunity to register directly and benefit from exclusive advantages. You do not want to register and still continue shopping? This is also possible of course. You are already our member? Then you can log in directly to your customer account here.

To ensure that your order reaches you safely, we need your personal data. You can also specify a delivery address and make further changes to your desired styles in the shopping cart.

For our members these details are already saved in the form. If all data are complete, you can now “Continue to the payment page”.

If you want to use a voucher or gift card, you can enter the code here. Now choose your preferred payment method.

Your order is now on its way to us and your order will soon be on its way to you.

 

How can I change/cancel an order?

As long as your order has not been shipped, our customer service can change the delivery address, add a voucher and cancel individual items or the entire order.

However, it is not possible to change the color of a style you have ordered, or to add another item. In this case, we recommend that you simply cancel the order with our customer service and place a new order with the desired styles.

 

What are the shipping costs?

The dispatch takes place within 1-3 days via DHL Deutsche Post .

The flat rate for shipping costs is :

– Within Germany: € 2.95 to € 4.95

– European Union: € 6.95

– International including Switzerland and UK  : € 10.00

 

– Returns – how does it work?

The ordered styles do not meet your expectations – you can return them.

You have 15 days after receiving your package to try on your desired styles at home and return them to us.

And this is how it works:

Simply fill out the return form that comes with your order and add it to the items you want to return.

In addition, a return sticker is included in your package, which you can use to return the styles you don’t want to return to us.

Please affix the return label to your return shipment so that it is clearly visible and simply hand in your package at a DHL post office or DHL Packstation. If the return slip or return label is missing from your package, you will receive a replacement here.

 

Very important! Make sure you keep the deposit receipt until you have

you receive a return confirmation from us. This receipt serves as proof of your return.

 

Complaints – how does it work?

 You are dissatisfied with the quality of an ordered product and want to complain about it? This is as uncomplicated as a normal return.

– The time of purchase is no longer than two months ago

If the item is from your current order, simply fill out the return slip that came with your order and add it to the item you wish to return.

Very important!

Please note that this is a complaint.

Instead of the return slip, you can also take a copy of the invoice and mark the item you are returning.

In your package you will find a return sticker with which you can return the defective item to us free of charge.

If you no longer have a returns sticker, you can find a replacement here.

Very important! Make sure you keep the deposit receipt until you receive a return confirmation from us. This receipt serves as proof of your return.

After we have received your complaint, the inspection can take up to 5 working days. If our inspection confirms a quality defect, we will refund your money the same day. Experience shows that it can take up to 5 working days until the credit is visible on your account.
